NCMA Denver Chapter

Who We Are

The Denver Chapter connects you to our more than 400 local members, comprised of contract managers and related professions. We provide regular educational and training events, making it easy for you to earn CPE/CLP credits. The Denver Chapter hosts in-person certification training courses for the Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), and Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) Certifications. The Denver Chapter hosts regular social networking events at unique venues to help you connect with peers. And we offer leadership and volunteer opportunities for our members. The Denver Chapter, run by member-volunteers, is an exceptional resource for your professional and leadership development. We are proud to be a consistent winner of the NCMA’s Chapter Excellence Award, which recognizes the most outstanding chapters based on Chapter Leadership, Chapter Operations, Member Involvement, and Member Services. The Denver Chapter is the current Gold Medal recipient of the Chapter Excellence Award for mid-sized chapters.

The Denver Chapter Board of Directors is comprised of member volunteers, professionals in contract management and related fields, dedicated to serving our Chapter members’ professional development needs. Ashley Parker - President

Ashley Parker is a Contracts Specialist at AGEISS Inc. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at HDR, Inc. Ashley holds an MBA from Regis University and has been on the Board of Directors for the NCMA Denver Chapter since 2014. Ashley is also a graduate of the 2014-2015 NCMA CMLDP and in 2018 she received the NMCA Advancing Professionals Award. When she is not working or volunteering, you can find her outdoors or at a brewery!

Ben Olson - President Elect

Ben has been living in the Denver area for 6 years but is a Virginia native, where he attended George Mason University for both his Bachelors and Masters degrees. He has worked in the Contract Management industry for over 8 years and currently works for General Dynamics Information Technology while volunteering on the Denver NCMA chapter board as the leadership co-chair since 2017. He is also in the current NCMA Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP).

Jami Dinsmore - President Emeritus

Jami T. Dinsmore, CPCM, is a Contract Manager with Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. Prior to this role Jami supported Environmental Systems Research Institute, Lockheed Martin Space, and Lockheed Martin IS&GS. Jami holds an MBA from the University of Denver, is a past graduate of the NCMA CMLDP, recipient of the NCMA Advancing Professionals Award, and CMLDP alumni committee member. Jami is currently serving as the NCMA Denver Chapter President-Emeritus.

Julie Linton - Secretary

I am a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) currently working for Arrowhead Solutions, LLC as an Executive Consultant. Experience from working on the Government side as a Contracting Officer and from working in the industry as a Contract's Manager has provided a unique background proving useful when helping small businesses get through the red tape of government contracts. Work, service, and enjoying beautiful Colorado sunshine keeps me plenty busy!

We strive to serve and inform the profession and membership we represent and to offer opportunities for the open exchange of ideas in a neutral forum. We are devoted to education and training, to research and study, and to a certification program that reflects the highest standards of professional achievement.
